Rubiana is a handcrafted liqueur according to an old family recipe. It combines the sweetness of ecologically grown sour cherry fruit of the "Morello" variety from the region of Karnobat and specially selected mountain herbs and spices.

The liqueur content of the drink is 20%. It is sold in an exclusive bottle, made in France, which perfectly represents the character of the drink. The product's excusive glass and paper packaging are fully recyclable.The quality and delicate taste of Rubiana can be best appreciated when consumed by itself - slightly chilled or with ice. It is suitable for serving with desserts, a selection of cheeses, delicacy bites with sausages and cheeses, or a foie gras appetizer.
